Light therapy, Tanning & Spray Tanning

Tanning for 5 minutes a few times per week could be an effective way to ward off winter depression. Shorter sessions may reduce certain risks associated with tanning. Far infrared sessions may also improve your mood. Check out our Heat Suite!
